Some mobile carriers are kicking up a storm over the ability to make VOIP calls using Skype without paying the carrier, that is using the wireless or 2G/3G cellular networks. T-mobile in germany has threatened to ban the use of Skype over its cellular and wireless hotspot networks and cancel contracts of any user who tries to circumvent this restriction.
